BTEC Open House Door Prize Winners

BTEC's career and technical programs prepare students for today’s competitive and dynamic workplace. Each program has an active advisory committee comprised of business people, community members, educators and students. These committees provide current perspective on industry standards, thereby keeping BTEC programs focused on preparing today's students for future workplace requirements. Students at BTEC enjoy having access to:

• State-of-the-art software programs
  
• Industry and academic standards
  
• Business professionals

Upon completion of BTEC programs, students are prepared to enter the workforce and or continue their education at two or four year colleges and universities. Apprenticeship, internship and job shadowing opportunities are available. BTEC offers specialized career and technical training not otherwise offered through area high schools. Students earn high school credit and satisfy district graduation requirements. Lifelong learning is stressed.
