Instructors

Mac Parsons:  I've been an Automotive Instructor at Bollman for 18 years. I attended Wyoming Tech on a full scholarship, thanks to the VICA-Skills USA program. I worked for O'meara Ford for eight years as a driveability tech. I also owned my own automotive repair shop for 12 years. Being a graduate of Bollman, I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to pass on my knowledge and experience to my students.

Dale Davis: I've been an Automotive Instructor at Bollman since 1998. I started working on cars when I was eight years old with my grandpa in his automotive repair business. After graduating from high school, I went to work at Rosen Novak Ford as an automotive technician apprentice. After three years, O'Meara Ford wanted to hire me as a journeyman technician and I stayed there for 24 years working my way up to be the service manager. I have always had a passion for working with students.I took the job at Bollman, knowing that every day I would help young adults with job and life skills.
