Multimedia Technology is Bollman's latest course offering. In this exciting, year-long course, we cover a wide spectrum of digital authoring tools, including:

• Web design with Macromedia Fireworks and Dreamweaver
• Game design and animation with Macromedia Flash
• Claymation
• 3D Modeling and Animation with Blender, 3D Max, and Lightwave.
• Additional topics as per student interest, including:
  • Action Script in Flash
  • Compositing
  • Web server setup and administration
  • Podcasting
  • Digital Photography/Photograph Manipulation

The course uses multimedia technology to teach core workplace and digital production values. Over the course of the year, we'll focus on:

• Storytelling
• Teamwork and Leadership
• The production process, from pre through post, including:
  • scriptwriting
  • storyboarding
  • art direction
  • production management
  • adding effects and sounds
  • transferring to CD/DVD
• Community Service
